Petrone wins Sunday HR, ‘FONBET_RULIT’ makes seven final tables, plus latest poker results

This weekend, several top name pros took down High Roller Club tourneys, and one player in particular stood out for consistency in Omaha games. Here’s the highlights:

High Roller Club highlights

With PokerStars running a MicroMillions Marathon for lower stakes players, top pros looked to the High Roller Club for their weekend action.

“shrekpoker91” came first in the $1,050 Sunday Warm-Up for $17,445. The Ukrainian player then supplemented their win with a second place finish in the NLO8 Sunday Supersonic for a further $3,168. shrekpoker91 has certainly been on a roll recently, last weekend finishing second in the Sunday Million for $79k.

Ramiro “ramastar88” Petrone won this weekend’s Sunday HR

Pablo “pabritz” Silva came close in the Sunday HR, denied only by Ramiro “ramastar88” Petrone of Uruguay. Petrone, who has $11.4 million in online winnings to his name, claimed the top spot for $26,960.

Elsewhere, “Anjeyyyy” of Ukraine took down the $1,050 Sunday Cooldown for a total of $20,917 (inc. over 12k bounties) and Brazilian reg “seijistar” came first in the $1,050 Sunday Supersonic, bagging $19,284 in under two hours.

FONBET_RULIT makes seven Omaha final tables

One player in particular stood out in the results, not necessarily for the prize money they won, but for their consistency at the poker tables.

“FONBET_RULIT” made seven final tables over the weekend, all of them in Omaha games. The Russian player’s scores included third place in the $215 NLO8 Sunday Supersonic for $2,342 and fourth place in the $22 NLO8 Mini Sunday Supersonic for $505.

A string of final table finishes in Omania events, ranging from sixth place to second, brought FONBET_RULIT’s weekend total up to $5,114 in winnings, which they can add to the $1 million in online winnings they have now achieved.

Day 2 standings

The MicroMillions Marathon Main Event has reached a prize pool of $644,400 from 32,200 entries. The tourney is currently on break with 440 players remaining, and one of those players is set to walk away with the top prize of $63,987.

This weekend’s Sunday Million took on a special PKO format. The prize pool reached over $1.1 million from 11,262 entries. Top prize is set for $49,425 plus bounties.
